Terms of Service

The Lumi Proxy service provides proxy access to individuals and legal entities. By placing an order, you confirm that you agree with these terms and conditions.

To make a purchase, you need an account with a verified email address. You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure and for any actions that are taken from your account.

One person may have only one account. An account may be blocked in the event of attempts to bypass payment, in cases of fraud, or if the services are used to carry out attacks on third parties.

All prices on the site are listed in US dollars. The fee of the selected payment method is displayed before the order is confirmed, and this fee is paid by the buyer. Access is issued automatically after payment: the login, password, host and port appear in the dashboard, and lists can be exported as a file.

Payments made from the account balance carry no payment gateway fee. The balance can be topped up by between $1 and $1,000 at a time.

Rotating packages are topped up manually. Static IPs work in 30-day cycles and are renewed automatically for as long as auto-renewal is enabled and there are funds on the balance.

It is prohibited to use the services for sending spam, for phishing, for distributing malicious software, for attacking someone else’s infrastructure, or for any actions that violate the law of the applicable jurisdiction.

If a well-founded complaint is received, the service may be suspended. We first try to contact the owner of the service if the violation does not cause immediate harm to third parties.

The service is provided on an “as is” basis. We shall not be held liable for lost profits or any indirect damages. Our liability is limited to the amount that was paid for the service within the current billing period.

We may update these terms from time to time. Any material changes are published on this page; by continuing to use the service after that, you accept the updated version of the terms.
