Traffic and IPs are issued automatically, so there are no refunds for volume already delivered. That is exactly why we offer a free trial and a minimum package of 1 GB: test the proxies before a big purchase. If credentials can’t be issued, the payment is returned to your balance automatically.

How do residential proxies differ from mobile ones?

Residential proxies use the IPs of home internet providers, while mobile proxies use the IPs of cellular carriers. Mobile ones cost more, but platforms trust them more: one carrier IP is shared by thousands of real subscribers.

How do rotating proxies differ from static ISP and DC ones?

Rotating proxies (residential and mobile) are billed by traffic: the IP changes at the interval you choose or stays fixed in a sticky session for up to 24 hours. Static ISP and DC proxies are billed per IP per month: the address is yours for the whole term, and traffic is unlimited.

Which should I choose: static ISP or DC?

ISP proxies give you a static provider IP with a high trust score on platforms: they work well for accounts, personal dashboards and long sessions. Static DC proxies are cheaper ($1 per IP versus $2 for ISP), so they are used for scraping and bulk checks where platform trust matters less.

How often do IPs change?

With rotating proxies, you choose the interval: 9 presets, from a new IP on every request to one change a day. For accounts there is a sticky session: one address holds for up to 24 hours.

How accurate can the geo targeting be?

Residential proxies go down to ZIP code and provider, mobile down to ZIP code and carrier. For static ISP and DC, you choose the country. By ZIP you get the node closest to that code. An exact match is not guaranteed.

Do the proxies work with anti-detect browsers?

Yes. All you need is regular HTTP or SOCKS5 with a login and password, which is enough for Dolphin{anty}, AdsPower, Octo Browser, Multilogin, GoLogin and any other software. No special builds, extensions or approvals needed.

What authorization is used?

Login and password only. IP whitelisting is not supported. You can view or reissue the password, and the old one will stop working.

Is there a thread limit?

Up to 5,000 concurrent threads per package. You pay for traffic or the number of IPs, not for connections.

For residential and mobile, yes: change the geo in the subscription settings, with no extra charge for a new country. For static ISP and DC, the country is chosen at purchase: the IPs are issued there and do not change later.

As a list in the format you need: user:pass@host:port, user:pass:host:port, host:port:user:pass and more. If your software expects something else, convert the list in our free formatter.
